Analysis module is responsible for supporting control and passing information to managers.
Analysis is carried out by:
- Analysis Module - integrated area of SIMPLE SYSTEM V, dedicated to company's management, includes sales analysis, which compares planned sales with carried out ones in view of product parties groups, individual products, contractor. Data is presented in yearly, daily, monthly systems. Applied, simple analytic mechanism from general to detail helps to illustrate results with precision to chosen sale documents, profitability indicator, possessions structure, activities etc.
- INFO V Excel financial functions library - additional tool, which enable to analyze company's financial data on-line. MS Excel can be used as integrated tool with Simple system V. Usually it is used to prepare compulsory financial balance, and also the one for management accounting. It is possible to get effective controlling analyses, which present expenses budget and plans with deviation analysis, by using financial/accounting record and additional account plans or alternative record systems.
- OLAP Analysis - enables to define chosen data structure in form of so-called dice, dynamic data presentation in form of multidimensional przestawne charts. Data analysis can be made from general to detail, filtered, observed in graphical forms or moved to MS Excel, because it is both Simple and easy to analyses data by few users.
