Bank/Cash Module

Module Cash/Bank is a central place, where all information about company's expenses and incomes are held. It is possible to create and control current analysis about flow of financial means, and generate forecasts.

CDN Optima provides electronic possibility to send data to a bank (it enables to prepare and send a set of transfers in standards: Eliksir-0, Credit Bank, Video TEL, and BRESOK.) Program received a BPH Electronic Banking Silver Certified Partner, which confirms its adaptation to the form united with MultiCash PRO and BusinessNet used by BPH Bank.

It is possible to generate reminders of payment or interest notes for chosen subjects. User is able to work on free amount of bank/cash records. Program enables to make automatic square of payments with introduced bank or cash record.

Bank/cash module cannot function separately. To start functioning, one CDN Optima module license is needed.

CDN OPT!MA Cash/Bank gives the possibility to:

• control correctness of bank account numbers with accepted algorithm,
• notes in payment preliminary and settlement option,
• automatic account for planned payments with entered cash notes,
• gather information from various accounting modules, for example: planned/made payments connected with tax or payment for invoices
• make serial account for documents,
• run a cash or bank account in foreign currency.
