Invoices

Invoice module enables to issue invoices (net or gross) and guarantee full integration with made payments. Program users can choose any invoice numeration system. It is also possible to have goods/services on file, establish 4 prices and precise sales conditions for clients.

Invoice layout can be freely defined, it concerns: columns position, headlines, companies logo.

User can also use our program to issue documents in foreign currente or to determine currency, exchange rate, current conversion rates.

Program is adapted to new regulations about interchanges with European Union clients by recording intra-community purchase and delivery transactions and trilateral transactions (broker sales.) from 1st May 2004, INTRASTAT declaration about registration of transfer of goods in European Union, is binding.By using CDN Optima, you are able to create simplified declarations, save it and send it to correct customs. Our innovative program has function ‘simple sale'. It is used to shorten the time needed to make out sales documents. . There are 3 steps to do it: 1. mark goods and determine quantity 2. choose document/invoice/bill 3. choose contracting parties.

Program is equipped by specially prepared retail sales window. Invoice module cooperates with cash registers, labels, barcodes readers.

Software ECOD Connector attached to CDN Optima, allows exchanging documents between the company and trading partners. Invoice and corrected invoices export is carried out in EDI standard.
