CDN Optima

The purpose of wages and HR module is to support HR, Wages department. Thanks to its flexibility it is open to every user needs and changes in HR, Wages law. It guarantees freedom in process of defining elements of wages.

It allows to depend height of wages from working hours, absence, order of seniority. It fully cooperates with the newest version of ‘Płatnik.'CDN Optima can also cooperate with INF-D declarations, INF-D-P for NFZ even by electronic means and import that information to SOD Office program.

Program is available in two versions:

Basic Modulse functions::

  • creating individual settings for compulsory or voluntary health/national insurance,
  • introducing tax data, for example: tax thresholds, tax deductible expenses, tax abandonment,
  • Calculating payments on a large scale from list of wages for selected or all employees (calculating even very non-standard elements of wages),
  • Accounting absences, for example: holidays, sick leaves,
  • Having control under the limit of employees absence,
  • Accounting all types of civil law contracts, even international,
  • Printing tax returns in accordance with legal pattern form,
  • Creating and sending report forms and ZUS declarations for owners and employees with required attachments,
  • Preparing reports from NFZ and PEFRON declarations,
  • 3 ways of noting working hours,
  • 10 ways of defining wage system,
  • Seperate owners accounting,
  • Employees' data export/import to and from Microsoft Excel,
  • Employees' wages division into bank transfers and paid by cash,
  • Loan system - diversification to capital installment and percentage with separate enter, 

Extended Module has additionally:

  • extending organizational structure of companies' service (tree like departments' structure),
  • defining different basics of calculations, constructions of developed pattern, which calculate allowances,

  • defining calendar zones (quality diversification of working hours is reflected while calculating payments),
  • precise connection between wages list and chosen department while taking department, logo used in numeration into consideration,
  • analytical description - detailed description of wages list, created automatically and based on predefined patterns, with possibility of making additional editions in wages' elements,
  • analytic description of surcharge to overtime is agreeable with working hours,
  • alert about disagreements between department and chosen wage list,
  • possibility to make serial modifications of employees files,
  • a serial bonuses ascribe for selected employees,
  • a serial addition of piecework for employees,
  • a serial bonuses ascribe for selected employees,
  • a serial payment of chosen bonuses for selected employees with possibility to declare the amount,
  • possibility to calculate fee-for-agreement amount of money from net to gross sum (from contract form level based on calendar rule),
  • import functions - enable to fill in employees' calendar (entering/leaving) with data received from external file or base, which contains RPC reader records.

CDN Optima wages and HR can be integrated with CDN XL system by additional module named ‘Wages and HR XL.'
